Founded by Milind Joshi, who brings over 25 years of operational experience, including a 20+ year tenure at JSW Steel where he retired as a Senior Manager, Sarathi is built on a foundation of excellence. Milind’s journey into the hospitality industry began with the successful launch of his own resort, which has thrived for multiple years, giving him invaluable insights into resort planning and operations.
Joining him is Shantanu Joshi, an MBA graduate from Symbiosis International University, with expertise in consulting and resort development. Together, they have spearheaded multiple projects, delivering end-to-end solutions in land procurement, design, construction, and business launch.
